Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and ("we", "us") for your use of IndiTrust Solutions at (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

IndiTrust Solutions is online software for small businesses: it helps you prepare GST invoices and other documents, track customers, vendors, products, payments and expenses, and view summaries and reports. It is a record-keeping and billing tool. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice, and it does not file returns with the GST portal. You are responsible for the correctness of the invoices you issue and the returns you file, and you should check figures with your accountant.

2. Your account

You must give accurate details, keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. The Service is meant for people aged 18 or over.

3. Free trial

New accounts get a free trial of days with full access, starting when the account is created. No payment details are needed. One trial is offered per person or business; creating extra accounts to get more trial time is not allowed. When the trial ends you can keep viewing and exporting your data, but you need a paid plan to add or change anything.

4. Plans and payment

The plan costs ₹ per month. You can pay for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months at a time. Prices are in Indian Rupees; any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). We do not see or store your card or bank details.

Plans are prepaid and do not renew automatically. When you pay while you still have time left, the new period is added after your current end date. We will not charge you again unless you choose to pay again. If we change the price, the new price applies only to payments made after the change is announced; time you have already paid for is not affected.

5. When a plan ends

If your plan ends, the Service becomes read-only: you can still sign in, view your data and download a backup, but you cannot create or edit records until you renew. We do not delete your data just because a plan has ended.

6. Your data

Your business data belongs to you. We store it so the Service can work, and we do not sell it. You can export it at any time from Business settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, to issue false or fraudulent invoices, to attack or overload the Service, to try to access other people's data, or to resell it without our written permission.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or remove features, and we will try to give notice of changes that matter. We suggest you take regular backups.

9. Ending the relationship

You can stop using the Service at any time; because plans do not auto-renew there is nothing to cancel. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Refunds are covered in our Refund & cancellation policy.

10. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, penalties or interest arising from GST filings or invoices, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
