This policy explains what ("we") collects when you use IndiTrust Solutions at , and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account details: your name and email address (from sign-up or Google sign-in).
- Business data you enter: your business profile, customers, vendors, products, invoices, payments and expenses, including any GSTIN, phone numbers and addresses you record.
- Subscription and payment records: plan dates, order and payment IDs, amounts and dates. Card, UPI and bank details are handled directly by Razorpay and never reach us.
- Basic technical data: browser storage used to keep you signed in, and standard server logs.
How we use it
To run the Service, sign you in, keep your data available to you, process payments, manage your trial and plan, prevent misuse (for example repeat free trials), and answer your questions. We do not sell your data and we do not use your business records for advertising.
Who processes it
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore database, Cloud Functions and Hosting) stores your account and data.
- Razorpay processes payments under its own privacy policy.
We share data with others only where the law requires it.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections and each account can read only its own records. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep backups.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists. Payment records may be kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, download or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent, as provided under applicable Indian law including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
If we change this policy in a significant way we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the app.
